What are the benefits of using FlashLink Wireless System?
|
- 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant for healthcare application.
- Eliminate costly wiring expenses
- High quality, secure data management and reporting system
- Multiple alarm options: audio notification, email and cell phone calls
- Multiple locations can be surveyed/monitored, in real-time, simultaneously
- Operational 24 x 7 without manual intervention
|
 |
What is the FlashLink Wireless System? |
- Real-time temperature/humidity monitoring, recording and reporting
- AC-powered receiver and repeater; battery-powered sensor
- FCC Part 15 compliant radio system
- Frequency hopping technology to minimize local radio frequency interference (RFI)
- Each receiver/system communicates with up to 100 sensors and with different temperature and humidity sensor combination
- Mesh radio network topology guaranteeing sustained connectivity
- Radio transmits on 418 MHz and/or 900 MHz ISM radio band
- Receiver connects to PC/Laptop with FlashLink Wireless Software for data download, storage, display, analysis and reporting.
|
 |
What is the maximum communication distance? |
- Sensor transmits to repeater/receiver up to 180 meters or 600 ft. away line-of-sight; repeater transmits to repeater/receiver up to 396 meters or 1,300 ft. away line-of-sight.
Communication distance affected by physical barriers (organic and inorganic) and strong local electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Communication distance can be extended by deploying additional repeaters.
|
 |
What is the ISM radio band? |
- Low power and low side-emission
Unlicensed (no operating license required by the FCC) radio
frequency bands allocated for industrial, scientific and medical use.
|
 |
What is the data management feature? |
- Sensor transmits captured data to repeater/receiver every 17 seconds assuring at least one complete data transmission each 60 seconds.
Software tracks and logs all reported data and displays data graphically.
|
 |
What is the FlashLink Wireless System configuration? |
- Basic setup - 418 MHz or 900 MHz Starter Package (Part # 20131 or 20132)
