Our dry ice data logger is
a remarkably easy-to-use front end device for recording
critical time and temperature data during a dry ice shipment of products such as chicken pox vaccine;
now it is available with a PROBELESS design and it is capable of withstanding dry ice submersion for up to 30 days! Our
data loggers are packaged in a patented, high visibility,
utility case, and are available with 5 or 15-day logging period. A manual start button on the data logger
allows the user to easily activate the unit prior to shipment. A red LED visibly placed on the data logger can
be custom programmed to flash when an alarm condition occurs.
Data derived from the
logger
can be downloaded and managed via PC using
the
FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant In-Transit FlashLink Data Manager Software. It can
also be downloaded directly to a handheld printer.

Compact PrinterThe compact printer allows direct download and printing of the data from a data logger in a
graph format or text PASS/FAIL format without the need of a PC. Based
on customer needs, we can also customize the printer to search for and
calculate specific criteria, such as degree minutes, from the logged data to
trigger any corrective action immediately upon receipt of a shipment. A
standard operating procedure (SOP) can be established based on the
information produced by the printer.
