Consistency in processing, handling, transportation, and storage of temperature sensitive products will minimize damage and costs. The EBI High Range Data Loggers can be packaged together with products such as soup in a can, to record processing temperature conditions. This high temperature range data logger is compact, waterproof, and stainless steel encased, measuring only 28mm thick and 48mm in diameter.

The EBI High Range Data Logger housing can withstand temperature of 257°F(125°C), ideal for steam and high temperature applications. Model 20600 is available with an internal sensor and Model 20601 has an external temperature probe which measures up to 302°F (150°C). The data derived from the logger can be downloaded to a PC, and can be viewed in either numeric or grahic format with a variety of reporting options. The logger is cleared after the data is stored, and then the unit can be reprogrammed as needed.
