Stainless Steel Extreme Temp Data Loggers

Consistency in processing, handling, transportation, and storage of temperature sensitive products will minimize damage and costs. The Stainless Steel Data Loggers, Models 20615 and 20616, are reusable, compact and easy-to-use devices for high temperature applications. Battery powered, they automatically record temperatures between -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and have an operating environment of -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) . Model 20615 is a rugged, submersible logger. Model 20616 has a 24" flexible teflon cable with a 4" stainless steel probe. Both are ideal for use in harsh environments such as retort, and sterilization. Model 20615 can also be used for autoclave validation and dishwashers.  They can also be used in food processing, flash freezing and chill blast tunnels for prepared and processed foods.

 

Both loggers feature a non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. Delta Manager Software is used to download, display and analyze up to 32,767 temperature measurements. The devices are N.I.S.T. traceable.
