The On-Line Infrared Thermometers are engineered specifically for use on the production line to measure moving objects quickly and accurately from a safe distance. They measure targets within a temperature range of 32°F to 932°F (0°C to 500°C) with a 500 millisecond response, at a ±1% level of precision.

A built-in coaxial laser marker easily targets objects, with a 30mm diameter field of view. It has a 1°resolution on its digital display, and a 0.2°output resolution. Temperature scale is °F/°C switchable.

One of its most unique features is the E-TEACH function for automatic adjustment of the emissivity ratio. The On-Line Infrared Thermometers have two choices of analog output: TV-type (1mV/°C) which connects to such devices as a panel meter, or TA-type (4-20mA), for long distance transmissions. An optional air purge collar adapts this unit to dusty environments.
