The FlashCheck Jumbo Display  Digital Probe  Thermometer is a fast and accurate tool for use in quality control temperature checking of food and non-food items. The thermometer has a large, highly visible 1.5” x 0.5” (38mm x 12.7mm) LCD display, IP56-rated waterproofing and a small diameter probe that is ideal for checking temperature of “thin masses” of food, such as hamburger patties and chick/fish fillets, as recommended by FDA Food Code 4-302.12(B). The Jumbo Display Digital Probe Digital Thermometer is also compliant with U.S. Public Health Service Food Code 4-203 and HACCP requirements. 

The thermometer comes with a removable pocket clip that has an integrated calibration screwdriver. The pocket clip is specifically designed for attaching the thermometer to the sleeve pockets on Chef jackets.  The thermometer is RoHS-compliant, N.I.S.T. traceable and with CE Mark.

The FlashCheck Jumbo Display Digital Probe  Thermometer for Industrial Applications has been engineered especially for HVAC/R and many other industrial applications. The probe cover has a magnet designed to attach the thermometer to a vent, allowing hands-free measurement of air temperature.  A Velcro strap is supplied with the unit to ensure better thermo contact between the probe tip and refrigerant pipes, making superheat measurement faster and easier.

Its high-visibility yellow case makes it easier to spot, reducing the chance of leaving it at a job site.  The thermometer comes with a removable pocket clip that has an integrated screwdriver for field calibration.  It  is RoHS-compliant, N.I.S.T. traceable and with CE Mark.

The FlashCheck Jumbo Display Digital Probe Lab Thermometer is a highly accurate instrument for scientific, laboratory and especially veterinary use.  This model has the same design features as models 11000 and 11001 - a large dual scale and highly visible 1.5” x 0.5” (38mm x 12.7mm) LCD display, except it has a round tip probe with a diameter of only 0.1 inch (2.3 millimeters).
