Quickly determine temperatures of foods throughout
handling, preparation, and storage with the TQM 500
HACCP Microcomputer Recording Thermometer. This
water resistant thermometer has three operating modes.
The Measure Mode allows instantaneous measurement
of temperature on demand, the Log mode allows automatic
recording of data at programmed intervals. The
Monitor mode allows for constant monitoring of temperature,
and can be used as a calibration reference thermometer.
It is fully programmable from its keypad to
record name, lot number ID, sample number, date and
time. Recorded data can be scrolled on the LCD for
review or downloaded to a printer or PC.
