The temperature recorder has complete start-up instructions, illustrated and written bilingually (English/Spanish). Activation is easy, with a simple pull TAB.

Our temperature recorders also have both °F and °C scales on one chart, convenient for both domestic and international shipments.

DeltaTRAK Temperature Recorders come equipped with a clear window on the side of each unit. This view port allows you to verify that the temperature recorder is functioning properly, once activated you will see the gears moving inside.

DeltaTRAK Temperature Recorders have a unique serial number printed on each chart. This is essential for complete traceability since this number matches the serial number on all shipping documents and on the temperature recorder itself. It is impossible to falsify charts since we imprint the number directly on the chart. This is an important feature for validation purposes, should an insurance claim become necessary.

DeltaTRAK Temperature Recorders have two tamper-evident seals to deter any potential chart falsification.

DeltaTRAK Temperature Recorders are used to help settle claim situations, and our Post Trip Calibration Reports are done at no extra charge. The turn around time for this service is within 48 hours upon receipt of the temperature recorder from the load in question.

DeltaTRAK Temperature Recorders are factory calibrated to master calibration standards which are traceable to the NIST (National Institute for Standards and Technology). They are manufactured and tested under strict quality control conditions.

DeltaTRAK Temperature Recorders are encased in a multi-purpose cardboard sleeve. This sleeve has activation instructions and chart retrieval instructions printed on it. It has a pressure sensitive adhesive strip for attaching the temperature recorder to the wall of a container or to the outside of a product box or package. It also provides the second tamper-evident seal to assure the receiver that the temperature recorder hasn’t been opened and the chart hasn’t been tampered with. But most importantly, it provides extra protection against physical abuse and water.
