Temperature Indicator Labels are small, low cost temperature indicator or time/temperature labels used during shipping, storage or processing. Typical uses include monitoring the temperature of pharmaceuticals, chemicals and fresh produce during transportation. The labels change color if there is a temperature excursion outside the preset limits.
DeltaTRAK offers a variety of labels depending upon your need. Labels such as the WarmMark, High Temp Thermo Labels and the TempDot Time-Temperature labels will indicate if the temperature excursion exceeded a pre-set time. The FreezeCheck and ColdMark ThermoLabel are used in shipments to indicate a temperature excursion below 32°F (0°C). Used in commercial dishwashers, the TempDot High Temp ThermoLabel will indicate if the final rinse has reached the HACCP required temperature of 160°F (71°C).

The TempDot FreezeCheck Label, Model 54000, is used to indicate an out of range temperature below 32°F (0°C). If an out-of-range temperature is reached, the indicator changes irreversibly from clear to white and the check mark is no longer visible. |

ColdMark® ThermoLabels, Models 51001-51002: Available in either 32°F/0°C or 26°F/-3°C, these stick-on labels can be applied to a product, package, carton or master pack of items sensitive to extremely cold temperatures. When exposed at or below its response temperature for approximately 60 minutes, the liquid in the label will turn cloudy with streaks of violet. Once warmed up above the response temperature, the liquid changes irreversibly to a uniform violet color. |

The TempDot® Time-Temperature Label, Model 51030-51032, is a low-cost label that indicates a time period of up to 60 minutes that an exposure above the threshold temperature has occurred. When the temperature exceeds the threshold a color change begins, but stops when the temperature falls under the threshold, showing the cumulative degree minutes time of exposure, important for many QA applications. Three models with respective temperature thresholds of 41°F (5°C), 46°F (8°C) and 50°F (10°C) are available. |

WarmMark® ThermoLabels, Model 51013-51035, monitor temperature of products during shipping, storage or processing. Response temperatures available range from 0°F (-18°C) up to 99°F (37°C). |

TempDot High Temp Labels, Model 53146 and Model 54114, can be used in commercial dishwashers to ensure that the recommended temperature of 160°F (71°C) has been reached. The label can be attached to glassware, silverware or directly to a dishwasher rack. When the temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) or more, the label changes irreversibly from dark to orange. |
