TempDot will eliminate the guesswork when determining if temperature-sensitive products have been kept in proper conditions during routine handling. They are popular for monitoring blood and pharmaceutical products. Once activated, the TempDot Time/ Temperature label will tell you the cumulative time a product has been exposed to an unsafe temperature.

The TempDot is easy to use. Just pull the tab to activate. If the temperature rises above unsafe storage conditions, a temperature-sensitive red dye slowly bleeds along the white wick. The position of red dye provides you a visual cumulative time- temperature abuse indicator over safe storage conditions. The color change will continue for 60 degree minutes as long as the blood bag or pharmaceutical is being exposed to unsafe storage conditions. Once the product has been placed back into a cooling unit, the color change will stop.

The TempDot is priced low enough to attach to individual packages.
