FlashLink Wireless Sensor with external sharp temperature probe is battery operated, compact, durable and is capable of accurately monitoring ambient or product temperature via the stainless steel thermistor probe for years before necessary battery change thanks to its low-power-consumption design. The sharp stainless steel external thermistor temperature probe is perfect for temperature measurements of specific products or areas; designed to work with most Pete's Plugs. Installing the sensor is as easy as placing it anywhere up to 600 feet away from the nearest repeater, and pressing the "ON" button. A FlashLink Wireless repeater (model 20121) should be placed between the sensor and the 900MHz receiver to enable communication between the sensor and the receiver. Potentially unlimited number of repeaters can be placed throughout the facility, giving you potentially unlimited scalability. Up to 100 of the sensors with external temperature probe (or mixture of all three types of sensors: models 20124, 20126 and 20129) can be monitored by one computer server, and multiple computer servers with receivers can be set up inside the facility to monitor hundreds of sensors.
