Late last month the FDA CBER (Consumer Affairs Branch) issued an advisor notice to interested persons containing information related to the storage and use of temperature sensitive biological products that have been involved in a temporary electrical power failure, or flood conditions.
In an earlier post on this Blog I wrote an entry about the DeltaTrak WHO pre-qualified Vaccine Glycol Bottle Data Logger.
Based upon the market and use that this product is focused towards (i.e. Local, State and Distribution Center vaccine storage units) there has been a lot of interest and sales activity related to this product.
On January 17th, 2014, the World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed that they had completed their testing of the DeltaTrak FlashLink Certified Vaccine Data Logger with Glycol Bottle and this product was now prequalified to be included in its list of recommended products.
