President and Company Founder
Fred Wu founded DeltaTrak, Inc. in 1989 and is a pioneer and entrepreneur in developing cold chain and food safety solutions.
Mr. Wu holds multiple patents related to unique technology features, including a single use, in-transit temperature recorder that was the first product that launched DeltaTrak back in 1989, and to this date it is still tracking over a million trips per year.
Mr. Wu has a diverse background in engineering, product development, clinical trials, international sales and marketing working in the medical device and instrumentation field for American Hospital Supply , IVAC Corporation, a pioneer of clinical electronic thermometers, and Camino Laboratories, a fiber optic medical technology startup company, prior to founding DeltaTrak.
Mr. Wu attended the University of Southern California and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Finance.
Chief Operating Officer
Ray joined DeltaTrak in 2010 as Marketing Manager and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Caron is an experienced executive and has held multiple positions as Vice President in Marketing and Vice President in Sales. Prior to DeltaTrak, Mr. Caron was President and part owner of a supplies distribution company, and he has held various positions at Hewlett-Packard, Inc., Fairchild/Sentry Test System, Ungermann-Bass, Inc., and four silicon valley startups.
Mr. Caron attended San Jose State University in San Jose California and has B.S. degrees in Aeronautics and Computer Science.
Vice President of Research and Development
George joined DeltaTrak in 1997 as an Electronic Technician/Design Engineer and currently holds the position of Vice President of Research and Development.
Mr. Krastev is an experienced engineering executive and has advanced through increasingly responsible management positions to his current position. He possess more than 20 years of engineering experience in design, CAD, test and product engineering, as well as program management. Mr. Krastev is a patent holder for his work developing a Magneto-Resistive sensor that detects magnetic features producing a linear analog output.
Mr. Krastev attended the Institute of Technologies in Sofia (Bulgaria) and has a degree in Electronics and Microelectronics Design.
Vice President of China Operations
Cecilia joined DeltaTrak International in 2002, and was instrumental in setting up the manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China, followed by incorporating and managing DeltaTrak's China domestic sales company, DTI China Ltd. in 2008. Cecilia currently holds the position of Vice President of China Operations.
Cecilia has extensive experience in sales, marketing and administration, working in China's real estate and consumer electronics industries. She also held senior positions as a certified management and operations hotelier with major international brands, Crowne Plaza and Shangri-La hotels & Resorts in China. Over the past several years, she successfully expanded DeltaTrak's Cold Chain and Food safety Solution sales channels in China.
Ms. Sun holds a BA in English Literature from Sichuan International Studies University, and additionally holds a foreign language teaching credential.
F. Robert Bright
Vice President of Strategic Sales
Robert joined DeltaTrak in 2003 as a Regional Sales Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Sales.
Robert has over 20 years’ experience in the cold chain management solutions industry. Mr. Bright began his career working at Stires Recording Thermometer Company where he spent 12 years servicing the produce industry. He has completed the UC Davis Postharvest Technology Short Course and HACCP: A Food Safety System.
Vice President of Sales, Cold Chain Solutions
Brian Edwards joined DeltaTrak in 2014 as the Director of National Chain Sales.
He has been in the monitoring industry for many years working in a variety of industry sectors including; perishable food, life science, blood and HVAC. Prior to working in the cold supply chain Brian worked in the CPG world with Coca Cola as well as other prominent companies in the food and beverage arena. In addition to his domestic work, he served as the International Director of Sales for a worldwide distributor network serving the environmental monitoring market.
Brian has completed many corporate management and sales training programs including; leadership, presentations, public speaking, category management and strategic selling. University of Delaware, Business Administration and is ServeSafe certified.
Vice President of Corporate Sales
Dave Nathan joined DeltaTrak in 2019 as Vice President of Corporate Sales, Protein & Domestic Distributors.
Mr. Nathan is a seasoned leader with a history of success in the Distribution & Healthcare industries. Prior to DeltaTrak, Mr. Nathan spent 15 years at Cardinal Health, Inc., where he served as Director of Sales, Independent & Alternative Care Pharmacies. Mr. Nathan has also held leadership roles with Monster Cable, Inc., Southwestern Bell, and others.
Mr. Nathan is a graduate of San Francisco State University and holds BA degrees in English Literature and the Humanities.
Director of Administration
Jeanne joined DeltaTrak in 1993 as a Customer Service Representative and currently holds the positon of Director of Administration.
Jeanne is an experienced administrative professional who has held progressive management positions within the company. She possesses more than 25 years of experience in the disciplines of human resources, customer service, and accounting. Prior to joining DeltaTrak, Jeanne worked as a Bank Program Administrator and Production Analyst for John H. Harland Company.
Educated in San Diego, Jeanne has an AS in Business Administration and is a certified Human Resources Professional.
Director of Business Development - Marketing
Dan joined Deltatrak in 2011 as Corporate Sales Development Manager, managing Domestic Account Managers and an International Distributor Network
Dan is an Inside Sales Manager with the majority of his career involved in inside sales through a variety of industries and market sectors.
