Quality Management System

Customer Satisfaction: The importance of meeting and exceeding customer requirements is communicated on a regular basis to every DeltaTrak department. We listen to our customers and create products to meet their business needs. Every team member is encouraged to take personal responsibility for responding to and resolving customer issues. We regularly survey our customers to gain feedback on their satisfaction with DeltaTrak products.

Employee Training: DeltaTrak offers a comprehensive employee training program, through leader-led and e-learning courses. The “DeltaTrak eLearning” employee training system consists of fifteen modules which include everything from company history to product knowledge. All modules include a quiz which must be passed with a minimum score of 80%. In the first week of employment, as part of new hire orientation, all team members participate in training tailored to their specific role.

High Quality Products: Certificates of compliance are available for every product. Measurement instruments utilized in our calibration laboratory are certified against NIST reference standards. Based on the feedback we receive from our customers, we make product improvements as appropriate. Introducing increased automation into product and system design, as a means of reducing human error, has become a major driver.

Technical Services: DeltaTrak’s ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation indicates that we have demonstrated technical competence and the ability to produce precise and accurate calibration data. Our website hosts a Technical Support Forum where customers can chat with DeltaTrak specialists, and each other, regarding product questions and to resolve issues. We offer single and multi-point calibration for specific thermometers and loggers to maintain product performance and to help our customers comply with USDA, FDA and FSIS regulations.

Written Procedures: Documentation of our procedures is a crucial element of DeltaTrak’s Quality Management System. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification validates that, from the simplest to the most complex, every process involving the company’s operations, is documented in writing.

Continuous Improvement: DeltaTrak consistently engages in product design reviews to enhance reliability.

Audits: Internal and third-party audits are regularly conducted to ensure our continued technical competence and compliance with ISO requirements.

Recycling Program: To further demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we customize programs to help our customers dispose of their used devices. Through the GoGreen Recycling Program, DeltaTrak simplifies the management of electronic waste.
